Depression is a serious disorder! Read Details

I can't remember if it was yesterday or the previous day,I  was reading a post about one's Despondency, Anger,Arrogance in my timeline. After that i was reading  the comments of that post.There someone has written that a girl who is his neighbour has committed suicide. 

He who posted that post wanted to know why the girl committed suicide. The commenter replied that the girl's mother went to work and left her brother with her at home. The girl was playing games.Her younger brother fell out of bed and got hurt.

After coming home her mother scolded and slapped her because of that.In the morning it is noticed that the girl put a rope around her neck and committed suicide.

After reading this comment I came back from that post and comment. I wanted to read everyone 's comments. Because i wanted to know the reason of despondency,sorrow of 
different people.But I came out after reading just one comment.

Why the girl has committed suicide? Just because of scold or slap Of her mother? Her Mother has slapped,scolded.That's why the girl was upset.She has ruined,ended her whole life just because of being upset.How fragile life is to some people like the girl!

Many people around us are suffering from despondency, sadness. With that it is also true that many of them are upset but they named it as sadness,depression . Many people can't understand the difference between being upset and depression. 

Being upset is our normal emotion and sadness or depression is a abnormal example of normal emotion. We can be upset any time for any reason. But most of the time sadness has no reason. Because of sadness people react in such situation or subject where it was't necessary. Keeping bad in mind people leads to sadness, depression. Depression is a serious disorder. He who suffers from it know how dangerous it is.

Take care of yourself,take care of your mind  .Take care of your friends,family members or others if they are in depression. May Allah keep  all the people  of the world well and happy.
