Camu camu may be a shrub that grows in swampy or flooded areas of the Amazon rain forests of Peru, Brazil, Venezuela, and Colombia. The fruit and leaves are used as a drugs. Camu camu is employed for viral infections including the cold , eye conditions including cataracts, hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis), chronic fatigue syndrome, and lots of other conditions, but there's no good scientific evidence to support these uses.
