Banana Bread

Banana Bread is perfect to enjoy for breakfast, as a snack or as dessert.

Ingredients : 

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 2 sticks salted butter 

- 2 cups granulated sugar

- 4 eggs

- 5 bananas over ripened

- 2 tsps baking powder

- ½ cup walnuts

- ½ cup milk chocolate chips

- ½ cup blueberries

Method :  Preheat oven to 375° F. Mash the bananas during a bowl. Whisk the eggs during a separate bowl. Mix within the butter, sugar, and eggs with the mashed bananas. Gradually mix within the flour and leaven . Spoon the mixture into two greased loaf pans or one 9 x 13 pan. Bake on the center rack for about 45-55 min.
