Cranberry Salsa

Cranberry salsa may be a fresh and straightforward recipe to form over and once again all season long! Bright and tangy, a couple of ingredients get a fast whirl within the kitchen appliance to make a flavorful holiday appetizer. Serve on its own with crackers or tortilla chips or spoon over cheese.

Ingredients :

- 1 lime juiced

- ⅓ cup sugar or to taste

- 12 ounces fresh cranberries

- 2 green onions cut into 1" pieces

- ¼ cup cilantro leaves

- 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped

- ½ teaspoon kosher salt or to taste

Method : Combine juice (about 2 tablespoons) and sugar during a small bowl. Add cranberries, green onions, cilantro and jalapeno to a kitchen appliance . Pulse a few of times to interrupt up the cranberries. Add sugar mixture and pulse a couple of more times. Stir in salt to taste and refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
