Mango Slaw Salad

Crunchy and fresh Mango Slaw Recipe with only 5 ingredients and no mayo. Use in salmon burgers, shrimp or fish tacos or on its own as a salad. So delicious and healthy! Refrigerate in an airtight glass container for up to 2 days.

Ingredients :

- 1 lb green cabbage finely shredded

- 1 large ripe mango pitted & diced

- 3 tbsp basil or cilantro finely chopped

- 1 tbsp any light coloured vinegar

- 1/2 tsp salt

Method : In a large bowl, add all ingredients and gently toss to combine.
