Mishti Doi (Sweet Yogurt)

Ingredients :

- 1 liter full cream/ whole milk

- 3-4 tablespoons yogurt

- 250 grams sugar

Method:  First, you should boil the milk in a pan, boil it on a medium flame until it reduced to half. When the amount of milk will be half, now cool the milk till it is just lukewarm. Mix sugar with the reduced milk and blend it well. When the milk and sugar are thoroughly mixed, add the yogurt to the mixture and stir gently  to mix. Now pour those mixers into your desired container and keep in a warm dark spot. Wait for some hour and your mishti doi is ready to serve.
