Bottle-gourd seeds bhorta

Ingredients :

- Bottle-gourd seeds / lau er bichi pata : 1 cup

- Onion chopped : 1/2 cup

- Turmeric powder : 1/4 teaspoon

- Salt : to taste

- Cumin paste : 1/2 teaspoon

- Egg : 1

- Bay leaf : 1

- Green chillies : to taste

- Oil : 2 tablespoon

Method: Boil bottle gourd seeds with some water until  soft and tender. Blend them wel. Heat oil in a pan and add boiled seeds. Cook until slightly dry. Then add all other ingredients and cook 5 minute. Break an egg and mix with them. Just cook one minute. Remove from pan and serve with rice.
