Ingredients:

- 2 cups romaine lettuce

- ¼ cup red onion, sliced

- 2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled

- ¼ cup dried cherries, chopped

- 2 tbsp balsamic dressing

- 4 oz. grilled chicken, sliced (optional)

Method : Place lettuce in a large bowl. Add red onion, dried cherries, and chicken (if using); drizzle dressing and lightly toss. Top with blue cheese and enjoy!
