Combine the flour, egg, and butter into the yeast mixture. Transfer the blending bowl to a stand mixer with a hook attachment. Mix at low speed for two minutes to mix . Continue mixing at medium speed until it's well combined or forms a dough. If it's too sticky, add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl. Cover with cling wrap. Let it sit for 1 hour or until it doubles in size. When the dough is prepared to divide and shape, remove the tuna filling from the fridge.

Deflate the dough and divide it into 12 equal-sized portions. employing a kitchen utensil or your palms, flatten each portion to a 1/4-inch thickness. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the tuna mixture within the center of the dough.
Fold the sides over the middle and pull it over to hide the filling. Shape the dough into a smooth ball, tucking the ends underneath to shut . Repeat with the remaining dough. Arrange the dough balls on a baking pan that's lined with parchment paper. Cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise again for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Brush the surface of the dough with the egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350 F for 18-22 minutes, or until golden.
