Mutton Kala Bhuna

Ingredients : 

- Mutton 1 kgs

- onion(sliced) 1/2 cups

- Onion(Fried) 1/2 cups

- Cardamom 4 nos

- Bayleaf 2 nos

- Cloves 3 nos

- Cinnamon 1 inch

- Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp

- cumin powder 2 tsp

- Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

- Coriander Powder 2 tbsp

- Ginger Garlic Paste 4 tbsp

- Turmeric 2 tsp

- Curd 1/4 cups

- Oil 1/2 cups

- Salt To Taste 1 tsp

- For Tempering- Dry Chillies 3 nos

- Garlic Pods 4 nos

- Onion( Cubed) 1 nos

- Oil 1/2 cups

Method : Marinate the mutton with the rest of the ingredients for 1 hour. Next heat a wok and add the marinated mutton, saute for sometime . Add required amount of water. Cook covered for 1 hour. For tempering, heat 1/2 cup oil. Add dry chillies, garlic and onion . Pour this tempering on the cooked meat. Increase the flame and keep stirring for 5 mins. Remove and serve with rice or roti.
