Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients : 

- 1 cup dairy-free milk

- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

- 1 banana

- 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)

- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger)

Method : Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds on high, or until creamy.
